Lost Property

Items Lost & Found in Airport Terminal :
All Airport Operators have a well defined procedure of recording & retrieval of the property lost by an Air Traveller, deposited with them by good Samaritans like fellow passengers or other stakeholders at that Airport. Most Airport Operators also display a list of such lost properties on their respective websites. Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) the agency responsible for Security of All Indian Airports also displays list of Lost & Found at various Airports on their website.
Items lost/delayed/mishandled baggage by Airlines
For checked in Baggage lost/delayed/mishandled by Airlines (Domestic/International) can be taken up with respective Airlines immediately at Arrival Destination.

Travelling with Pets

Pet lovers like to travel with their Dogs/Cats/Birds while travelling on Domestic/International Sectors. Each Airline has a separate Policy of carriage of Pets and such pets can be carried as accompanied/ unaccompanied baggage or shipped as cargo. The pets are accepted on a declaration and should be properly crated; possess valid Fitness Certificates from Veterinary Doctors, Entry Permits of Country of entry/transit in case of International travel. The pets will be generally carried in the Cargo Hold. Airlines do not accept any liability in case of injury/death of the pet.
