Rights and Privilages of the Member

General Body
- To approve and adopt the audited annual financial statements of the Society.
- To (re)/appoint the Governing Body of the Society.
- To approve annual programs and policies recommended by Governing Body.
- To discuss and to decide all such matters and issues which are directly or indirectly related to the affairs of the Society.
- To pass Annual Budget of the society.
- To appoint a qualified Auditor for conducting annual audit of the Society.
- To consider any other business brought forward by the Governing Body.

Other Rules for the General Body Meeting
- All the meeting of the General Body shall be summoned by the Secretary.
- The quorum of the General Body meeting shall be minimum 7 members of the Society.
- At the General Body meeting, it shall consider, annually, the audited annual financial statements including Balance Sheet, Statement of Receipts & Payments etc. and at any other General Body meeting the latest financial statements and at least 21 days prior notice shall be given to the members by the Governing Body for holding such meetings.
- On the written requisition of the one-fourth (1/4th) of the member of the General Body, a special meeting of the General Body shall be summoned by the President.
- The General Body shall have power to review the policy and work of the Governing Body and pass the resolutions and recommendations regarding matters of common concern for all members such as formulations of policies etc. implementation of suggestions on policies and recommendations shall be considered by the Governing Body and be given effect to as far as practicable.
That in case of membership is withdrawn by the Governing Body due to non payment of dues or resignation by the member, the same, upon application, may be re-admitted provided the member concerned pays all upto date dues to the Society. The Governing Body shall have the authority to approve/reject the application for readmission.
All appeals against the decision of the Governing Body shall be preferred to the General Body of the Society. The decision of the General Body shall be final and binding on all the members and the appellant.
Every member shall have the right to participate in the General Body meeting. Besides this, he/she shall also have right to vote in the meetings of the society. Every member shall be entitled to participate in the other meetings of the Members or class of Members, functions and get-together programmes of the society.
There shall be a General Body of the Society consisting of the entire members. The meeting of the General Body shall be held at least once a year with a quorum of 7 Members. No Quorum shall be required in the adjourned meeting. The notice period for the General Body meeting shall be 21 days. The following business shall be transacted in these meetings:
